Mr. Liu Yuexing, Chairman of the Board led a group of like-minded business partners to found YuYue in 2004. In the same year, the company began production with four production lines and realized sales of over RMB 200 million Yuan. He was credited as the creator of "Binzhou Velocity." Chairman Liu is low-key in his management style and treats people with kindness. He has enjoyed good reputation among industry peers and customers for a long time. Stepping-stone to Six Sigma success with Everlight Chemical

"Everlight is also promoting Six Sigma? That's wonderful!" Vice President Zhang Guoqing, also the Director of Quality Assurance at YuYue Home Textile glowed with joy in his eyes after he learned that Everlight Chemical had been promoting Six Sigma since year 2000. In the past, YuYue also hired consultant to help introduce Six Sigma management. However, it never achieved the expected outcome. Because YuYue has a corporate culture similar to that of Everlight Chemical, and YuYue's value of "customer first, quality assured" is unexpectedly identical to Everlight Chemical's brand value "client-centric and reliability". Furthermore, their leaders have all completed Six Sigma training. Because of strict demand on high quality dye, YuYue has chosen Everlight Chemical to be its supply vendor.

In pursuit of Six Sigma success, Vice President Zhang Guoqing arranged key managers of YuYue Home Textiles to visit Everlight Chemical to experience the hand-on Six Sigma management in the spring of 2013. Mr. Zhang Shunqing, Vice President of Supply Chain, and over twenty managers of YuYue came to Taiwan, visited peer companies, toured Everlight chemical factories and R&D center, and particularly participated in a Six Sigma course for two afternoons. They learned about Everlight Chemical's experience of Six Sigma implementation, a complete case study of improvement, and the handon practice on the catapult kit. Everyone enjoys the appeal of Six Sigma in passionate participation, discussion, and activities. The guests from YuYue Home Textile demonstrated strong learning motivation and ambition.
