A sparkling note appears on the computer screen "Re:Everlight Chemical", after clicking on the message, it reveals the three-way communication between E company Everlight Chemical's subsidiary and a local distributor, stating "E company has encountered a production problem".

Four days later, E company's production manager says "We dyed three batches of fabric over several days, with your adjustments and recommendation in production line, the problem never occurred again. Currently, 4~6 tons dyes monthly supply to E company's had been moved on smoothly again without problem.
