2013 Official Innovative Products Award

Taiwan’s Everlight Chemical Company have become proud recipients of the 2013 Taiwan Chemical Technology Industry Elite Award, and a Product Innovation Award for their ground-breaking work in developing digital textile printing (DTP) inkjet ink products.

In the dyeing industry, printing is a major part of the dyeing process, requiring an “Indian”-based method of color or pattern imprinted into the textiles. While the traditional printing process is based on a "squeegee" types; in the digital printing process, the use of inkjet printers color or pattern "print" on textiles. Digital printing technology’s innovative capacity also lies in its ability to counter the high level of pollution, energy consumption and waste associated with traditional dyeing and finishing industry. Using technology, Everlight Chemical has produced environmentally-friendly, faster, and more diverse methods of digital printing that has taken great strides the industry itself.

Everlight Chemical history of developing digital textile printing technology spans over ten years, and included data research, technical building, product verification, customer testing and product promotion. Advances were also made in the nozzle adjustment stage, which led to successful development of digital textile printing with reactive pigment R series and acidic pigment a series, as well as the use of ink pigment ink Everjet RT preparation and the acid Everjet AT series.
