WE KEEP GUARD ON HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES

WE KEEP GUARD ON HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES

To detect banned aromatic amines, we first use GC/MS to identify qualitatively the toxic chemical and then use high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector (HPLC/PDA) to quantitatively determine the amount, with a detection limit of 1 mg/kg. Sometimes we face false positive results or the existence of isomers and cause inaccurate readings. On such occasions, we need to find out the reason by examining the synthesis process of the dyes and see whether it is a testing error or a side reaction attributable to the pretreatment of the samples. Then we adjust the analysis conditions and use standards for comparison until we get the true result. We won’t let banned aromatic amines slip away from our detection.
